RETURNS

Tilly & Co. Swim does not accept returns or exchanges as all items are handmade-to-order in the colour, style and size of your choice. Returns for an exchange will be granted if the item is deemed faulty or defective, given the item is returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the item, as defined in Australian Consumer Law. Tilly & Co. Swim reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges for such reasons as change of mind on colour, style or fit.

Please use the size guide, product descriptions and any customer reviews to help you make an informed decision about the style before purchase.

Please email info@tillycoswim.com with any questions, or your measurements, before checkout, so I can assist you in finding the correct size.
Please also note Tilly & Co. Swim uses Australian sizing which may vary from standard sizing in other countries. It is imperative that you utilise the size guides.

If you feel you have received a faulty or damaged item, please get in contact via email.

Please be aware that due to the nature of swimwear fabric, lighter colours such as, but not limited to, white, may become sheer when wet. Lighter colours are also more likely to show the contours of your body. Although all suits are reversible, this is a possibility depending on your colour choices. If you are concerned about this, please make your colour selections keeping this in mind. We suggest darker colours in this case. Also please keep in mind if you select white and a dark patterned colour, it is possible when wet, the design may show through on the white side.
